30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with JevityRx. If you are not satisfied with your first order of any product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full, even if the pouch has been opened.
How to request a refund
Email hello@jevityrx.com with your name and order number. You do not need to send the product back unless we ask. If we do, we will email you a prepaid return label.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Limits
- The guarantee covers one refund per customer, per product.
- For subscription renewal orders, see our Subscription Policy.
- Express shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you at no cost.
Cancelling before shipment
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
