Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Some products may also ship to select international destinations. Available options are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping options (United States)
- Free Priority Shipping: free, estimated 2 to 5 business days after shipping.
- Priority Insured & Express: $9.99, estimated 1 to 3 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can happen.
Subscription orders
Subscription renewals ship automatically on your renewal date.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also track it at jevityrx.com/pages/track-your-order.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help. Orders shipped with Priority Insured & Express are covered for loss.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipping costs may apply.
